A consumer who decided to become self-sufficient because the quality of crops that she buys in the shops cant be checked experienced repeated setbacks when she was using common growing mediums. A cutting costs fifteen to twenty francs (about seven pounds) and is somewhat older than the ones you can generally purchase in the Netherlands. The range of varieties measures up to that of many Dutch grow shops. Trials with three different types of growing substrates, i.e. pu-slabs, coco and rock wool, are set up in the spacious basement. It is a remarkable fact that among Swiss growers the coco slab from CANNA is the most popular growing medium by far.
